This is my standard TOS for all my 3D art work, unless we have agreed to other terms in writing.

About

- 3D model (small - $75 | medium - $150 | big - $250) : I will make a 3D model for you to use as an asset or 3D print, whether it’s something small and simple (rocks, toys, chibi characters), medium-sized (boulders, some vehicles, simple human/humanoid designs) or big (full human/humanoid characters, buildings, large vehicles). I’m not just accounting for the actual size of the model, but also for its complexity. All of this will be discussed and decided once we’re in contact.

Communication

This section is meant for people who reached out through the form in my website. If you reached out through other means, feel free to skip this part.

For the sake of proper and efficient communication, I will only accept 2 platforms, E-mail and Discord.

If you reached out through my website, there are options for you to send me one or the other, or even both, though please keep in mind that if you send me both, I will prefer Discord over E-mail.

References

In order to facilitate my job, I WILL NOT ACCEPT A COMMISSION WITHOUT RECEIVING REFERENCES.

References can be a song, a picture, a screenshot, an idea or a style/genre/vibe you’d like to go for.

If you want to do a cover you need to send me the original song, and optionally you can send other references if you want me to deviate from the style of the original song.

If you’re reaching out through my website, only link references in the “Put your references here” text box.

Process

In this section I will talk about the process of the work I offer, what I will do, how long it will take, and some additional details.

Upon reviewing your request, I will reach out to you in the platform you indicated (see ‘Communications’ section) to confirm your request, as well as send a PayPal link for the 50% non-refundable deposit (see ‘Payment’ section).

After discussing your ideas and deciding on the pricing, I will make a simple model with basic shapes to get the general idea for the piece. Once I’m done with that I will send a file for review, which you should expect to receive in no more than 5 days, unless I specifically mention that I’ll need more time.

After that’s approved, I will then move on to do the full base model and then the textures*. I will send updates every 5 days until we decide there’s nothing left to adjust or change, after which we can proceed to finish the payment.

You will be allowed one redo per each step completed. If you require more than that, it will come at an additional cost (see ‘Fees’ section).

Additional terms

-I am allowed to publicly share the work to my social media at my discretion and to include the work in my portfolio unless requested otherwise. You will be notified beforehand if I decide to do so.

-I will not start working on the commission if no references are provided. A reference could be a scene from a movie/tv show, a picture, other songs, etc.

-Edits of the work (either by you or someone else) is allowed with proper crediting.

-I am allowed to halt progress and cancel the project at my discretion.

-I am allowed to privately share the work to peers for feedback purposes at my discretion. I will make sure it doesn’t reach anyone else.

-Using the work for AI training is only allowed under my explicit approval. If you want to use the work for these purposes you must let me know what the purpose of the AI project is, if it’s sourcing its material ethically (i.e. with consenting people’s work) and if it’s environmentally friendly beforehand.

-Any new term not included in this document that you wish to add must be agreed on in writing.

RESPONSE TIMES

-Once I send you a w.i.p. file of each step, progress will come to a halt until you give me a response. If I do not receive a response within 24 hours after I send the message, I will continue working under the assumption that you have waved off the opportunity for revisions or are alright with the progress made up to that point. If you reply and state you need more time for any reason, more time will be granted and I will halt progress until I receive a response from you.

-If I receive no response to anything I have sent you within the next 3 days, all work will be halted and nonrefundable until we communicate next.

-If I receive no response regarding a final payment, you will not receive the final product until I am paid and all prior payments are nonrefundable.

↑ any W.I.P.s you receive will have temporary watermarks for the protection of each step of my work.

Payment

Payment process

-A NON-REFUNDABLE deposit of 50% must be paid before I start working. Once the commission is done, the remaining balance must be paid in full, additional services and fees included.

-All payments will be made exclusively through PayPal. I will send a PayPal link to facilitate the transaction.

Refunds

-You may only request for a refund if you decide to cancel the work or if I fail to meet a deadline, in which case, you will receive a refund for anything you have been charged up to that point, not including the non-refundable deposit stated above.

-If for reasons you need to cancel the work after the 50% deposit was made and I start working, but before the first w.i.p. file is approved, I can give a partial refund (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum). Once the first w.i.p. is approved, no refunds may be requested unless issued by me.

-In the rare case that I cannot complete the work, I can give a partial refund depending on how much I have completed (I will keep 25% of the total cost minimum).

Fees

General fees

-There will be no extra cost for transaction fees.

-Each redo exceeding the 1 redo limit will cost an additional $50

-Rush orders with a specific deadline will cost an additional $25

Credits

- If the work is posted on social media (twitter, bluesky, facebook, instagram, etc.) I must be credited in the post as ‘Broken Screen’.

- If the work is used on a video or livestream, I must be credited on screen as ‘Broken Screen’ and have my website linked wherever possible.
